The values of the declination and the equation of time are computed for the time of the Sun's transit,
or for 0:00 UT, select from the menu:

Select from the "Write/Draw" menu:

The time of transit depends on the longitude.
Enter longitude in decimal degrees, eastern positive, western negative,
and press Apply Input.
